J. RANDAL WEXLER focuses his practice on FDA enforcement and regulatory matters within the pharmaceutical, medical device, and nutraceutical industries. Randy provides counseling and conducts audits/assessments along a wide spectrum of areas, including regulatory compliance, PDMA, and implementation of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

Randy also has substantial litigation experience in the pharmaceutical industry and is a member of the Trial Bar for the Northern District of Illinois. His litigation experience includes the defense of pharmaceutical product liability class actions in the national coordinating role, often focused in consumer fraud. Randy represented Bayer in the landmark Illinois consumer fraud case De Bouse v. Bayer, 922 N.E.2d. 309 (Ill S. Ct., 2009).

In addition, Randy has vast experience counseling and defending clients in ERISA class action litigation, including statutory and notice violations and ERISA 401(k) stock-drop cases. Randy frequently supervises technical experts, including actuaries, data record keepers, and traditional damages experts managing and analyzing complex financial and data modeling.
