Jack focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. He has substantial experience in all aspects of commercial and bankruptcy litigation both, at the trial and appellate levels. Jack also has extensive experience in representing both debtors and creditors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings, as well as representing private investors and financial institutions in debt workouts and distressed-asset disposition and acquisition.

Jack has handled significant matters and clients across multiple industries, including banking and finance, transportation and aviation, construction and development, automotive and manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, mining and supermarkets.

Prior to practicing law, Jack held positions in healthcare management and residential/commercial construction and development. During law school at American University, he was executive editor of the American University Law Review, a member of the honor society and a recipient of the Newman Prize for Trial Advocacy and Betty Southard-Murphy Arbitration Award.
