Jack J. Gindi

Jack is an associate in the firm's Commercial Litigation Group. Jack handles commercial and complex litigation matters, with a particular focus on financial services litigation. He has extensive experience defending financial services clients against claims of fraud, breach of contract, bad faith, violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and violation of the Rosenthal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (RFDCPA). Jack also advises on communication compliance, particularly with respect to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Jack has substantial experience in both California state and federal litigation, including class actions. He has successfully drafted and argued motions and leveraged favorable settlements in both state and federal courts.
