JACK M. COSTELLO, JR., senior counsel in the New York office, has substantial experience practicing in the area of structured finance. He has served both as underwriter’s counsel and issuer’s counsel for mortgage pass-through transactions, REMICs, securitizations of auto receivables and agricultural, construction and other equipment loans and leases, manufactured housing certificates, asset-backed bonds, Australian and British mortgage-backed notes, collateralized loan obligations and asset-backed medium-term note and commercial paper programs offered in both the United States and international markets.

Mr. Costello has significant experience in developing securitization and structured finance solutions for new and specialized asset types, including pharmaceutical royalties, patent rights, trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property, franchise based businesses, commercial real estate and rights under the Master Settlement Agreement with the tobacco industry.
