Jack Creedon is a partner in Ropes & Gray's real estate investments & transactions group. Jack represents real estate private equity funds, hedge funds, REITs, university endowments, pension plans and other institutional investors in a wide variety of real estate transactional matters, including joint ventures and co-investments, distressed debt purchases and debt restructurings, complex acquisitions and dispositions, financing, leasing and ground-up development. Jack represents such clients as TPG and TPG Special Situations Partners, The Baupost Group, Harvard Management Company, APG Asset Management, and a group of affiliated publicly-traded REITS. Jack has experience both domestically and internationally and has represented clients in complex transactions in Europe, Asia and throughout the U.S.
