Jacqueline represents clients in all aspects of patent litigation at both the district court and appellate levels. Her work largely relates to pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and medical devices.

Jacqueline is a core member of litigation case teams. She has extensive discovery, pre-trial, and trial experience, including experience arguing motions and cross-examining witnesses in federal court. Jacqueline is responsible for day-to-day case management, drafting motions and briefs, preparing expert reports, and taking and defending fact and expert depositions. Jacqueline works closely with clients to meet client needs and develop winning strategies.
