Jacqueline Kirk DuBois is Senior Counsel at Gordon & Rees. Ms. DuBois has represented large companies and small businesses in matters involving claims for discrimination, hostile work environment, wrongful termination, and sexual harassment.

While initially practicing in California, she specialized in the areas of construction and corporate litigation, with broad expertise in representing national developers and general contractors, as well as Fortune 500 companies. Ms. DuBois has successfully defended developers, contractors, and subcontractors in residential, commercial and mixed use projects. In addition, she has also acted as corporate counsel to prominent corporations in China and the United States.

In 2002, Ms. DuBois relocated to the East Coast and worked for one of the top law firms in the South East, managing large-scale discovery in complex civil litigation and construction defect cases. She excelled in managing extensive document collections, electronic reviews, and productions while supervising a team of attorneys, paralegals, and IT professionals. Thereafter, Ms. DuBois worked as in-house counsel for an internet services provider, and the largest re-seller of china, crystal, and silver in the United States. In this capacity, her primary focus was corporate litigation, real estate, and employment law.

Ms. DuBois moved back to California in 2014 and brings her credentials and resources to the Employment Practice Group at Gordon & Rees.
