Jacqueline Acosta is an associate and litigation lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. She also has experience in securities litigation, defending officers in SEC enforcement matters. A member of the firm’s Health Care Litigation group, Ms. Acosta has represented individuals and entities in white collar criminal matters and SEC enforcement matters dealing with the health care industry, including managed care.
Additionally, in the area of Bankruptcy & Business Reorganizations, Ms. Acosta has represented officers of public companies in bankruptcy in parallel civil litigation brought by bankruptcy trustees involving fraudulent transfer and preference allegations.
