Jacqueline Tam is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department. Her practice focuses on corporate and securities matters, including private financings, mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance, public company reporting and corporate governance. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Tam worked in the legal departments of several multinational technology corporations.

Ms. Tam earned her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she was a comments editor for the Santa Clara Computer & High Technology Law Journal. Ms. Tam received a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
