Jacquelyn N. Schell

Ms. Schell’s practice focuses on commercial litigation in federal and state court. Her experience includes secured lender representation, contract disputes, defamation defense, and construction litigation. Jacquelyn also has experience in bankruptcy litigation, including D&O litigation, insider investigations, and expedited discovery matters.

Prior to joining Bryan Cave, Ms. Schell served as a Special Assistant District Attorney in the Cobb Judicial Circuit, where she prosecuted felony criminal cases.

Ms. Schell earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she participated in Vanderbilt’s Moot Court and Mock Trial Competitions. She spent the fall of her third year as an intern with the U.S. State Department’s Office of Private International Law, assisting in policy development, treaty translation, and legal research.
