Mr. Florack is a member of Davis Polk’s Corporate Department and co-head of the global Credit Group, advising clients on a range of corporate finance transactions, including leveraged lending, structured finance, high-yield debt offerings and other capital markets transactions, with a particular focus on financings for leveraged acquisitions whether led by financial sponsors or otherwise. His practice includes transactions both in the United States and in international and cross-border markets, particularly Europe and Latin America, and in a variety of industries ranging from oil and gas and basic manufacturing to technology. His clients have included many financial institutions, such as Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs, as well as a number of corporate clients.
