Jim Anderson concentrates in real estate finance, sales and acquisition; commercial and retail leasing; secured and unsecured lending; and real estate work for life science and high technology companies.

He represents residential developers, master developers and others in land acquisitions and sales; companies and owners in commercial lease transactions; and lenders and borrowers in real estate financings. Jim is also experienced in helping co-location/data center, telecommunications and high technology companies with their real estate transactions.

Jim is the Team Leader of the Real Estate group and a Pro Bono Coordinator for the Silicon Valley Office.
