James Cirincione is a senior counsel and litigation attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP. His practice involves federal and state appellate litigation, environmental matters relating to toxic torts, permitting, and public nuisance law, and litigation involving health care, financial institutions, and amateur and collegiate sports. Mr. Cirincione is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice and the Sports Industry Team.

Prior to joining Foley, Mr. Cirincione served as a law clerk to the Hon. Stanley F. Birch Circuit Judge, United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the Hon. James C. Turk, Senior United States District Judge for the Western District of Virginia.
