James G. Salzman

James G. Salzman is of counsel in Morgan Lewis's Business Transactions Practice. Mr. Salzman’s practice focuses on both U.S. and international regulation of securities issuances and broker-dealers, with a particular expertise in the area of state securities laws and in the regulation of public offerings by the NASD Corporate Financing Department. He also advises numerous clients on all aspects of state and federal regulation of sweepstakes and contests.

Mr. Salzman is admitted to practice in New York.
