James G. Stefanick is a Member of the firm’s Corporate, Finance and Business Transaction Department. Jim’s practice is concentrated primarily on mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions, with a particular focus on transactions involving private equity firms and their portfolio companies. In addition, Jim has also represented his clients in connection with joint ventures, minority investments and a variety of other general corporate matters.
