James H. Turken

Jim is a well-known trial attorney, having tried more than 60 jury trials, along with numerous bench trials and arbitrations nationally. He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, intellectual property, trade secrets and market practices, trademarks, copyrights, securities litigation and enforcement defense, and labor and employment litigation.

Prior to joining Eisner Jaffe, Jim served as the California Managing Partner, Co-Head of the Litigation Practice and Member of the Executive Committee at Dickstein Shapiro LLP. Jim came to Dickstein Shapiro from Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner LLP, where he was the Deputy National Chair of the Commercial Litigation Department. He also was the Partner in charge of the Los Angeles Commercial Litigation Department. Previously, he was the Chair of the Litigation Department and a Member of the Board of Directors at Buchalter, Nemer, Fields & Younger, P.C.
