Jim Hurley's practice involves all types of commercial property including office buildings, shopping centers, industrial and hospitality properties and residential developments.

Jim represents buyers and sellers in large commercial acquisitions and dispositions as well as landlords in commercial leases. Jim also represents lenders and borrowers in real estate finance transactions including mezzanine loans, other multi-layered debt structures, construction loans and loan workouts.

In addition, Jim's practice includes the organization, formation and structuring of various business entities, including corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships.
