James M. Burns

Jim Burns, shareholder in Baker Donelson's Washington, D.C., office, has concentrated his practice in antitrust law for more than 25 years and is co-chair of the Firm's health care antitrust initiative. He has extensive experience in antitrust litigation, and has litigated antitrust and related claims in trial and appellate courts all across the nation. He also represents clients before the Department of Justice Antitrust Division and the Federal Trade Commission on a wide variety of antitrust matters, including mergers and governmental investigations.
