James Vant represents a broad spectrum of U.S. and international clients in corporate and commercial litigation in federal and state courts throughout the United States. He has represented clients in a wide variety of complex business disputes and internal corporate investigations concerning U.S. and international law, including claims involving tortious interference, fraud, breach of contract, directors’ fiduciary duties, securities, trade secret, employment, and bankruptcy law. He also counsels clients on strategies for the management of various risks and the avoidance of litigation. In addition, he is a certified specialist with the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS) and advises clients on an array of electronic discovery issues.
