James Litwinovich is a member of the Commercial Litigation Client Service Group. He focuses his practice primarily on commercial litigation in both state and federal courts.
While in law school, Mr. Litwinovich served as research editor of the U.C. Davis Journal of International Law and Policy, and as member of the Prison Law Clinic. Additionally, he was a member of the Moot Court Board, and won the 39th Annual Irving L. Neumiller Moot Court Competition. Mr. Litwinovich was a summer associate with the firm’s Irvine office in 2008.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Litwinovich worked as a teacher at a private elementary school in Laguna Beach.
Mr. Litwinovich holds an undergraduate degree in business economics and a minor in accounting.
