James P. Tallon

James Tallon is a partner in the Litigation Group. He joined the firm in September 1982, following a U.S. District Court clerkship. He became a partner in January 1991. For 15 months in 2012 and 2013, Mr. Tallon was on special assignment to a client’s legal department, handling significant litigation in which the client was involved.

Throughout his career, Mr. Tallon has represented domestic and foreign clients in complex commercial litigation at the trial level and at the appellate level in federal and state courts throughout the United States, including in more than two dozen class actions.
