Jamie Broder is a partner in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. She has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, including state and federal court trial practice and appellate advocacy.

Ms. Broder concentrates in complex litigation, professional liability, health care litigation, intellectual property litigation, general business disputes, and alternative dispute resolution. She has represented entertainment and media companies including record companies, music publishing companies, television networks, and a large news organization in a variety of litigation matters including copyright infringement actions. She also represented financial services companies, investment management firms, law firms, real estate developers, and hospital companies.

Ms. Broder has substantial trial experience in both federal and state courts, and has successfully tried several high profile cases.

Ms. Broder also leads the firm's Corporate Social Responsibility Program, which encompasses the firm's Pro Bono Community Service and Charitable Giving, Diversity and Environmental Sustainability efforts.
