Jamie Halavais is Of Counsel in Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie’s Litigation practice group. Jamie focuses on commercial litigation and class action defense, including matters involving antitrust, RICO, insurance defense and other complex commercial matters. Jamie has over 10 years of litigation experience representing clients on cases in various state and federal courts in Arizona, California, New York and beyond, as well as before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Justice and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). She also has extensive experience in electronic discovery and document retention practices.

Clients rely on Jamie’s expertise for representation in matters involving breach of contract, insurance coverage and bad faith, securities violations and other business disputes. She also represents clients in internal investigations to ensure compliance with company policies and the law.
