Jamie Norris Stainback

Jamie Stainback

is an associate in King & Spalding’s Corporate Group. Ms. Stainback represents issuers in corporate finance transactions and securities matters including public and private securities offerings. She has a broad range of experience in SEC and exchange reporting and disclosure requirements and corporate governance issues. Ms. Stainback represents parties in both public and private mergers and acquisitions and strategic investments. In addition, she counsels private equity sponsors in the formation of private investment funds and advises fund investors in reviewing and negotiating the terms of their investments.

Ms. Stainback graduated with Highest Honors in Economics from the College of William and Mary in 2001. Ms. Stainback worked as a consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Washington, D.C. from 2001 to 2002. She received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2005. Ms. Stainback is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Atlanta Bar Association.
