Jamil McClintock's practice involves counseling private and public companies in various corporate and securities matters.

Jamil represents later stage companies in mergers and acquisitions and advises venture capital firms and emerging growth companies on entity formation, venture financings and general corporate governance.

Jamil is actively involved, both as a volunteer and legal counsel, in several bay area non-profit organizations. He enjoys working with organizations focused on youth development, particularly those that seek to improve the educational opportunities of underprivileged youth.
