Jane Story practices in the areas of environmental, health, and safety, advising clients on compliance and regulatory matters. She has counseled clients on a wide variety of environmental matters, including shipment of hazardous materials, environmental reporting requirements and options for voluntary self-disclosure, and the use of supplemental or community environmental projects to offset civil penalties. She also assists clients with environmental due diligence in support of business transactions. In addition, Jane maintains an active litigation practice, representing clients in CERCLA cases and other commercial litigation matters.

Jane also has experience with employer compliance immigration laws and has counseled clients on Form I-9 requirements and the use of E-Verify. She also assists in preparing and updating internal employer immigration compliance policies and training programs.

Jane is a member of the board of directors of the Bach Choir of Pittsburgh. She also is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, and Allegheny County Bar Associations.
