Jane Froyd prepares and tries high-stakes intellectual property cases. Her experience in all facets of litigation — from case strategy to discovery to motion practice — allows her to effectively manage complex IP and business disputes with an eye towards summary judgment and trial. Jane has litigated copyright disputes involving computer software and internet webcasting; trademark disputes in a range of industries including e-commerce, software, and automotive; as well as patent infringement and trade secret misappropriation suits, with a particular focus on damages and willful infringement claims.
Jane is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the Intellectual Property Law Section of the American Bar Association.
