Jane Walker's practice is focused on complex civil litigation in state and federal courts, with a focus on oil and gas matters. Her recent experience includes a commercial dispute in Texas state court over the sale of natural gas leases in the Marcellus Shale formation and nationwide medical device litigation. Jane also has represented clients in a range of other matters, including breach of contract, insurance coverage, and employment law matters. In addition, she has experience representing an FCPA corporate monitor appointed pursuant to a settlement with the DOJ.

Jane also has significant experience representing energy industry participants with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission related matters, including conducting internal investigations, submitting self-reports, and assisting with the internal restructuring of a natural gas trading business.

Jane is a member of the Houston Bar Association and Houston Young Lawyers Association.
