Jared Jensen is a partner in Goodwin Procter’s Business Law Department and a member of its Private Equity Practice. He represents private equity firms and corporations in leveraged buyout, growth equity and merger and acquisition transactions in a variety of industries, with a strong emphasis on technology transactions. This work includes take-private transactions, acquisitions of private and public companies, cross-border acquisitions, equity restructurings and minority investments.
Mr. Jensen advises senior investment professionals and business executives on structuring and negotiating acquisition agreements, stockholder agreements, corporate charters, limited liability agreements and numerous ancillary commercial agreements relating to various transactions, including transition services, supply, license and marketing agreements. He joined Goodwin Procter in 2013.
