Jason's practice emphasizes high technology and emerging growth companies, including Internet, communications and biotech companies and real estate investment trusts.

Jason's mergers and acquisitions experience includes serving as seller’s counsel in several public transactions. Jason has been responsible for public company acquisitions having a combined value of more than US$9 billion.

In his equity offering and debt offering experience, Jason has been both company counsel and banker's counsel. He has been responsible for more than 35 public securities transactions raising proceeds of more than US$12 billion.
