Jason Hall is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Group. Mr. Hall focuses his practice on patent and copyright litigation, inter partes reviews, and ex parte reexaminations. He has experience litigating cases involving digital television, pay-per-view and on-demand services, satellites, internet display advertising and media playback, electronic readers, computer operating systems, firewalls and network security.
Mr. Hall received his J.D. cum laude from Northwestern University School of Law in May 2009, where he was a member of the Intellectual Property Law Society and the Northwestern National Moot Court Team. He received his B.A. cum laude from Augustana College in 2004 with majors in Chemistry, Political Science and Public Administration. Mr. Hall externed for the Hon. Wayne R. Andersen, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and also served as a summer law clerk for Chief Justice Will T. Scott of the Kentucky Supreme Court.
Mr. Hall is admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
