Jason Sternberg's practice focuses on resolving complex domestic and international business disputes through litigation and arbitration. He has experience in a wide range of legal areas, including products liability, business torts, securities litigation, and real estate litigation.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Jason served as a law clerk to the Honorable Daniel T.K. Hurley, U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of Florida and as an associate at an international law firm based in Miami, Florida.
While in law school, Jason was the Administrative Editor of the Georgetown International Environmental Law Review. Jason also participated in Georgetown’s Criminal Justice Clinic, in which he represented defendants in misdemeanor cases and parolees in parole revocation hearings.
