Jason H. Okleshen

is a trial lawyer who focuses his practice on real estate, commercial, and business litigation. He has broad experience representing and counseling real estate developers, property owners, financial institutions, shopping centers, general contractors, and a wide-variety of business owners through contract issues, land disputes, business torts, and statutory claims. Jason also litigates construction disputes, including claims for construction defects and delay damages, and has litigated insurance contract disputes, on behalf of both insurers and the insured. He counsels clients with property tax disputes, including issues pertaining to valuation, and Florida Homestead Exemptions, as well as landowners' riparian rights. Jason also represents medical device manufacturers in mass tort, multidistrict litigation.

Jason's client representation includes counseling clients pre-suit in an effort to reach sensible business resolutions, as well as litigating on their behalf in state and federal courts and alternative dispute resolution forums from the initial complaint or claim through trial and post-trial proceedings, including appeals.
