Jason J. Solomon

Mr. Solomon’s practice encompasses a wide scope of financial transactions and their resolution. He regularly represents trustees, agents, lenders and borrowers in connection with securitizations, high-yield debt transactions, project finance, municipal and corporate bonds, and other finance structures. Of equal importance to Mr. Solomon’s practice is his work in distressed situations. He regularly represents parties on all sides of workouts, restructurings and bankruptcy cases. Jason has specific experience in workouts and bankruptcies in the senior living space (particularly continuing care retirement communities).

Prior to moving to Charlotte, Mr. Solomon practiced in Delaware. While in Delaware, he gained particular expertise in the use of Delaware statutory trusts, limited liability companies and other alternative entities. He continues to utilize this experience in all aspects of his practice and frequently represents trustees and others in connection with Delaware related matters.
