Jason Kislin

focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation on behalf of clients in a wide variety of industries. He has experience with class action defense, business litigation, shareholder litigation, restrictive covenants, employment litigation, real estate litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

As a former New Jersey Chancery Division Law Clerk, Jason also has experience regarding applications for injunctive and other equitable relief. He is also actively involved in the firm's pro bono efforts.
