Jason M. Rednour

Jason Rednour is a partner in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Orange County office. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate and securities law matters. Mr. Rednour has represented private equity funds, public companies, and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and general corporate and business matters. He has considerable experience in advising companies in the software and technology sectors in a variety of transactions.

Mr. Rednour previously served as an intelligence analyst and German linguist in the United States Army Military Intelligence Corps.
