Jason N. W. Plowman

Jason N.W. Plowman's practice is devoted primarily to employment litigation, representing management in state and federal courts, as well as before various administrative agencies, on the full spectrum of employment-related disputes including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. In addition to litigation, he regularly counsels employers regarding federal and state employment laws. He has assisted clients throughout the country in a broad range of industries, including:

Prior to joining Littler’s Kansas City office, Jason was an associate in the firm’s Milwaukee office as well as in-house employment counsel for a multinational manufacturing company based in Wisconsin. During law school, he was the managing editor of the Washington University Law Review, vice president of the Labor and Employment Law Association, and a graduate teaching assistant in the Department of Political Science. Prior to and during law school, he worked as a flight attendant for a major commercial airline. He is a current member of the firm’s Associate Council.
