Jason R. Bosworth is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins. He is a member of the firm's Finance Department. Mr. Bosworth devotes his practice principally to the representation of banks, commercial finance companies, equity sponsors and other borrowers in transactional matters. His practice focuses on finance with specialties in asset-based financing, acquisition financing and working capital financing. Mr. Bosworth has represented clients in mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and has experience in the negotiation and documentation of secured and unsecured credit facilities involving term and revolving loans for acquisition and working capital purposes.
Mr. Bosworth currently sits on the Board of Directors of the non-profit organization CurePSP, the Society for Progressive Supranuclear Palsy.
