Jason represents a variety of academic medical centers, physician group practices, dialysis and nephrology providers, post-acute care companies, ambulatory surgery centers, medical device companies, pharmaceutical companies and healthcare providers. Jason’s practice focuses heavily on providing transactional and regulatory counseling to long term acute care hospitals, physician-owned hospitals and dialysis and nephrology providers.
