Jason Whiteley is counsel in the Corporate and Financial Services Department, focusing on a wide variety of transactions in the financial, oil and gas and electric power industries. Jason represents clients in transactions that feature oil and gas exploration and production (including upstream, midstream and downstream), electric utilities and independent power producers, joint venture arrangements, structured finance, leveraged finance, project finance and project development. He also regularly represents private equity funds in leveraged buyouts, portfolio company investments and fund formation projects.
