Ms. Jeanne Olivier, former co-head of the global Project Development & Finance Group, has been recognized as a leading lawyer in project finance by Chambers Global, Chambers USA, The International Who’s Who of Project Finance Lawyers and Guide to the World’s Leading Project Lawyers in Project Finance. She has extensive experience in both international and domestic financings, including acquisition financings, project and infrastructure financings, privatizations and sovereign and corporate restructurings, primarily in Latin America. Jeanne also regularly advises sponsors and lenders in political risk insurance matters with private and official sector providers of political risk insurance.

During the Latin American debt crisis, Ms. Olivier was actively involved in the restructurings of the sovereign debt of Argentina, Brazil and Panama, including advising the Working Committee for Argentina and the Bank Advisory Committee for Panama in connection with the Brady transactions for Argentina and Panama.
