Jenny Marshall

is a senior associate in King & Spalding’s Financial Institutions Practice in New York. Ms. Marshall’s practice focuses on representing a broad range of real estate private equity clients, across sectors and geographies, with respect to fund formation and offerings, separate accounts, joint venture transactions, secondary transactions, private merger and acquisition transactions and entity-level recapitalization transactions. Ms. Marshall routinely advises clients on registration, filings, exemptions and other compliance matters under the Securities Act of 1933, the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Ms. Marshall also has experience with traditional private equity and corporate finance transactions.

Ms. Marshall received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia in 2003 and her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2006. Ms. Marshall is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the State Bar of New York.
