Mr. Pham began his career as corporate counsel to CoreLogic, Inc. (NYSE: CLGX), the world’s largest provider of real estate data and analytics. During his tenure, Mr. Pham advised the company on a broad array of legal matters—from routine business transactions, to trade secret enforcement, to international corporate acquisitions.

In 2010, Mr. Pham formed Pham Law Group, bringing his years of experience in the legal department of a large corporation to bear on behalf of small and medium-sized businesses. He served primarily as outside general counsel to private companies throughout Southern California, and worked closely with his clients to help them achieve their short and long-term objectives. His diverse roster of clients included beauty supply wholesalers, physicians, a green-energy consulting firm, internet retailers, and professional athletes.

Mr. Pham co-founded Adams & Pham in 2013. His practice now focuses on the full range of business law matters that small and medium-sized companies encounter most frequently in their operations, including business entity formations, commercial real estate leases, employment agreements, vendor contracts, mergers and acquisitions, asset sales and purchases, intellectual property licenses, and civil litigation. He prides himself on delivering insightful, practical, and cost-effective legal solutions on behalf of his clients, and takes a personal interest in their success.
