Jeff Hoffner is a counsel in O'Melveny's Los Angeles office and a member of the Project Development and Real Estate Practice. He focuses on energy, project development, commercial construction and infrastructure acquisition.
He has represented numerous developers and other participants in acquiring, developing, constructing and financing energy projects, particularly renewable energy projects, throughout the United States and around the world, including over 50 utility-sized electric generation and transmission facilities representing more than 4,000 MWs, as well as several clients in the emerging liquefied natural gas market.
Jeff also focuses on commercial construction projects, particularly for energy developments, as well as warehouse and distribution centers, new building and facility constructions and road and rail infrastructure projects.
In the renewables area, he has represented a major wind power developer in the acquisition and deployment of over 1,800 megawatts of wind turbine generators and has worked on all phases of such transactions, including project acquisition, construction and financing.
