Jeff is a partner in our Corporate Department. His practice is focused on a wide variety of mergers and acquisitions, financings and corporate governance matters. Jeff previously worked at Katten Muchin Rosenman, Mayer Brown and Jones Day.

He also previously served as the Vice Chairman of a technology commercialization firm, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of a private equity firm and the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of three manufacturing companies.
