Jeff Golden's

practice is focused primarily on the representation of private equity funds in all aspects of their business, with particular emphasis on acquisitions and divestitures. Representative clients include Golden Gate Capital, Huntsman Gay Global Capital, Sorenson Capital and Gryphon Investors, among others. In addition, Jeff has represented participants and financial advisors involved in numerous transactions, including negotiated and hostile acquisitions of public companies, negotiated sales of private companies, subsidiaries and divisions, formation of joint ventures, asset sales and similar transactions.
