Jeffrey Diener is a partner in the Real Estate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's London office. Mr. Diener represents clients in the development, finance, acquisition, sale, management, licensing, branding, repositioning, restructuring and bankruptcy of hotels and other real estate, hospitality, restaurant, entertainment and technology assets and businesses throughout the world. His experience also includes joint venture formation and representing acquirers, secured and unsecured creditors, and debtors in various distressed company situations and bankruptcy matters.
