Jeffrey D. Musaffi

Jeffrey Musaffi focuses his practice on general corporate matters, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, recapitalizations and securities offerings of equity and debt.

Jeffrey advises emerging and established public and private companies, including strategic buyers and sellers, and private-equity sponsors on a wide variety of corporate law matters. He handles transactions involving acquisitions, add-ons and dispositions of businesses across a wide range of industries.

Jeffrey is a member of DLA Piper's firmwide Associates Committee and is a delegate of that committee for the Miami, Florida office.
