Jeffrey G. Aromatorio

Jeffrey’s practice is focused on all aspects of executive compensation, including plan design, equity compensation, transactional matters and benefits-related securities issues. Jeffrey regularly advises companies of all sizes on regarding executive compensation matters, including related corporate governance issues.

Jeffrey has extensive experience on a wide range of complex executive compensation matters, including the design and implementation of executive compensation plans, the tax aspects of equity, performance-based and deferred compensation arrangements and the disclosure rules applicable to executive compensation. Jeffrey has handled a wide range of compensatory plans, including stock and non-stock based plans, non-qualified retirement plans and other deferred compensation arrangements, as well as plans based on foreign traded securities, performance-based plans and associated trusts.

In addition, Jeffrey is experienced with executive-level employment agreements, and related severance and change in control arrangements. Jeffrey has represented clients in a broad number of industries, including financial services and various technology industries, from a wide range of geographical locations throughout the United States and abroad.

Jeffrey regularly authors firm client alerts and presents seminars on the topic of executive compensation and related matters.
