Jeffrey Hua

Jeffrey Hua is an associate in the firm’s Business & Technology group. Jeffrey focuses on general corporate and business law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, emerging growth companies, project finance, and securities regulation.

Prior to joining Procopio, Jeffrey was with an Am Law 100 international firm in Los Angeles where he focused on general corporate and business matters.

Jeffrey earned his law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he achieved an honors distinction in the corporate law concentration and served as senior technical editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles International & Comparative Law Review. He was also on the Dean’s Honor List and a member of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society.

Jeffrey received his undergraduate degrees in business administration (finance concentration) and political science from the University of California, Riverside, where he was on the Dean’s List and Chancellor’s List.
